• At Pure Drapery, we deliver across Canada and select international locations. Standard shipping takes 7-15 days (free for orders over CAD 500 in Canada); express shipping takes 5-7 business days (additional fees apply).

• Custom orders need 3-5 extra days for processing.

• Orders below CAD 500 and international orders have shipping fees based on location and weight. Track your order with the provided tracking number.

• If your items are damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos or documents for assistance.

• Our return policy allows items to be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging; customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

• You can exchange items for a different size or color within 30 days (delivery fee excluded), with free exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
